Having trouble at work... tomorrow is the day that i have to decide whether i need to rush my college for the work done or just had a small talk with him to find what is the problem....
I need his corcoporation so i can pass him the actual job that he surpost to do last year December '07 but he is like still undergo train even my manager having problems with him getting the work to do on time.
Everyone is trying their best to help him but he just didnt really help himself even I myself trying my best to help and he just sit there quietly doing the work that we pass to him... tomorrow is the deadline for his job that i had passed to him last week and asked him to finish within 4 days, today is the 3rd day and he is still getting started only i dont know what should i do if i didnt push him i will be get scolded by my manager at the same time i am trying to help him to keep his job. If this continue i guess he will be losing his job soon.
I am trying my best to get him moving and to let him open up to ask questions but to me he's just taking his own time doing his work like this is his company. If this is my company i won't even take my time to do work lor as TIME = MONEY, the less time you finish your work the more business you can get within the time of period... Like me I will try my best to finish my work and do it nice and less mistake so that i can have more time to rest. My rest meaning i can do other things as i can't slack at work wait my manager see i keep slacking i will be sacked haha...
Just left a few hours till my next working hours hope that my college can really show some thing to me so i can explain to my manager and find reasons to extend the deadline. if not my head will "roll" and i don't like to scold people as everyone is here to work and earn a living somemore no one wants their day to be scolded right.. lets pray and hope.. that there will be miracle...
